Mousseline is a small, family-run dessert studio in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

We began this journey because we loved sharing our culinary creations with friends. Over time, our desserts became a hit, and we started exploring the idea of sharing them more widely.

Our work is inspired by European pastry traditions and a deep appreciation for beautiful, thoughtful food, food that takes time and care to prepare.

The development of each product is a creative process for us. We think about every detail, from flavours and textures to presentation and packaging. We aim for a sense of balance; not only in how our desserts taste, but also in how they look, feel, and are experienced.

Each product is handcrafted in small batches on the Atlantic coast of Canada, in Halifax. Here, our surroundings continue to inspire what we create (as you can see by looking at our ocean-inspired chocolates).
